The batch or batch seed treatment / inoculators / curators, model LS-B5, are designed to treat a wide variety of seeds such as soybeans, wheat, corn, barley, peanuts, rapeseed, among others, with treatments of 50 kg per batch. (800 Kg / m3), a nominal performance of 5 Tn / h is established.

TRANSPORTABLE AUTOMATED SEED PROCESSORTO
The equipment has a semi-automatic operation with applications of products controlled by PLC, which indicates application orders, injection times and homogenization times, taking one of the 5 pre-loaded programs, which allow to carry out a number of recipes (previous calibration of products requested by the machine).
These programs are upgradable upon request and loaded on an SD card. A quantity of previously weighed seed (in bag or by scale) is introduced into the homogenizing drum and then START is pressed to begin the sequence of injections. The liquids are driven by peristaltic pumps and scattered in the form of a spray on the seed, with which a uniform mixture is obtained, without damaging the seed and thus obtaining an optimal treatment.
The standard equipment is offered with a liquid dispenser, to which a 2nd dispenser can be attached, up to 2 powder dosers and a manual automatic cutting scale.
The operation of the equipment is MANUAL and the application control is AUTOMATED. Through a program selector, the operator selects the preset recipe to use.
This set is provided mounted on a frame with wheels that facilitates its mobility, and that due to its dimensions can be transported in the cargo box of a pick-up *. The finished products output is for 40 / 50kg bags.
